On March 17, the QCI.DK project was kicked-off with a full-day event at the Technical University of Denmark. DTU Provost Rasmus Larsen made the welcoming address at the official opening in the morning and he was followed by the Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs Morten Bødskov who gave the opening address. QCI.DK project leader, Tobias Gehring, then gave an overview presentation of the project
The Minister took the opportunity to have a guided tour through some of the quantum physics laboratories at DTU Physics accompanied by Professor Ulrik Lund Andersen. The Minister’s fascination with the research was obvious and so was his strong support for Danish quantum technology.
